Please note that all items are handmade and may differ from the photographs on the website. They may show natural imperfections and can also change with daily wear and tear. As such, all orders are subject to the following terms below:

No returns or exchanges

Buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order at mysticalbogoak@gmail.com

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted, however, if you have any issues with your order please do not hesitate to get in contact. 

 

Order cancellations 

Order cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours after an order is placed. Buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe and any cancellations after this timeframe cannot be accepted.
